Pastor Bill Motley, along with his wife Sharon, founded Abundant Life World Outreach Church in Danville, Virginia in 1990. The church began in the living room of their home with five members. After one month, they moved into a 2000 sq. ft. building. Within two years, they had outgrown the building with 75 members, and moved into a 10,700 sq. ft. building on Mount Cross Road, where their church is currently located. Pastor Bill recently birthed a church in Greensboro, NC. Today, Abundant Life World Outreach Church has a membership of over 600 and a regular Sunday attendance of over 400.

Pastor Bill Motley is an anointed preacher and teacher of the Word of God. He is gifted to bring God's people into prosperity and to teach Leadership principles to the body of Christ. He frequently operates, as the Spirit wills, in the Gifts of the Spirit. Pastor Bill has just released his first book entitled "Trusting the Integrity of God."  His vision is to bring Victory to the Church and Salvation to the world.

Pastor Bill also serves on the board of ICCF: International Covenant Connections Fellowship.

Pastor Sharon Motley, along with husband Bill, founded Abundant Life World Outreach Church in Danville, Virginia in 1990.

Pastor Sharon is a gifted Psalmist and Song Writer. The Lord uses her mightily through the ministry of music.

The Divine Assignment on her life is to demonstrate God's healing power. Signs and wonders follow her ministry as she boldly and without compromise teaches and preaches under the anointing. God frequently uses her in the Gifts of Healing and The Word of Knowledge. The testimony of how God divinely healed her through His Word encourages and builds the hearer's faith so that they too will receive. She, along with her husband, is seen on their Television Ministry "Victory Today". God is using this anointed vessel to declare in the earth to all people that 'Victory Belongs To You Today'.
